Oakland, Calif. ? The Golden State Warriors on Monday signed former Kansas University guard Xavier Henry to a free-agent contract, the team announced.
Per team policy, terms of the deal were not announced. Henry, 24, who suffered a ruptured left Achilles tendon last season in a practice with the Los Angeles Lakers, will likely start the season with the Warriors’ D-League affiliate, Santa Cruz.
