Brian Hanni’s Rock Chalk Roundball Classic, a KU basketball fundraiser which tonight features KU football coach David Beaty, is set for 7 p.m. at Free State High’s gym.

Other players in the game include San Francisco Dons coach Rex Walters, plus Cole Aldrich (New York Knicks), McLemore (Sacramento Kings) and Travis Releford (Maccabi Kiryat Gat, Israel). Former KU forward T.J. Pugh, a doctor in Colorado, is slated to play, as well as Nick Bradford, Greg Dreiling, Jeff Hawkins, Elijah Johnson, Jordan Juenemann, Mario Little, Brady Morningstar, Sean Pearson, Mark Randall, Tyrel Reed, Wayne Simien, Conner Teahan, Tyshawn Taylor and Billy Thomas. TV personality Danni Boatright and former KU football player Brandon McAnderson also will play.

Sherron Collins could be questionable, as he slipped and fell hard in Wednesday’s KU campers game and iced his left knee after the game. Tickets are available at the door or 23rd Street Brewery or AAA on Wanamaker in Topeka.
