Kansas University sophomore Claire Dreyer won the Singles Draw E on Sunday on the third and final day of the Kansas Invitational at the Jayhawk Tennis Center.
KU went 4-3 on the final day of the tournament.
Dreyer, a transfer from Dayton, defeated Washington State’s Olga Musilovich, 7-6 (2), 6-2, Sunday.
KU junior Victoria Khanevskaya made it to the championship match of Singles Draw F, but eventually fell to Elizaveta Luzina of Washington State, 7-6 (5), 6-7 (3), 10-5.
Sophomores Amy Barnthouse and Dylan Windom both placed fifth in their respective draws on the final day of the invitational. In Singles Draw G, Barnthouse took down UMKC’s Gabriela Pintos, 8-2, while Windom defeated Misha Testerman from Kentucky, 8-6, in Singles Draw D.
The Jayhawks will head Sept. 30-Oct. 2 to the Kentucky Invitational in Lexington, Ky.
