Eugene, Ore. ? Four Kansas University track-and-field athletes advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships — one in a second event — based on their performances Friday at the West Preliminary meet.
Diamond Dixon (400), Kyle Clemons (400) and Rebeka Stowe (3,000 steeplechase) each advanced to the 2011 NCAA Championships, while Andrea Geubelle (triple jump) qualified for the meet in a second event. The 2011 NCAA Outdoor Championships, hosted by Drake University, will be June 8-11 in Des Moines, Iowa.
