Columbia, Mo. ? Missouri linebacker Marquis Booker is off the team after his weekend arrest on a possible weapons violation.
A team spokesman said coach Gary Pinkel dismissed Booker on Tuesday. Booker had been suspended a day earlier.
Police said Booker threatened to “light the place up” and grabbed a handgun from his car during a parking lot argument outside an apartment complex. No shots were fired.
