Man involved in Moon Bar fight to appear in court on unrelated charges

A man under investigation for the stabbing of Kansas University basketball player J.R. Giddens last month outside a Lawrence bar was arrested Sunday by Olathe Police in an unrelated incident.

Jeremiah Creswell, 24, Olathe, was booked into the Johnson County Jail for aggravated assault, and criminal damage to property in a domestic violence incident, according to a jail spokesman. The arrest was made by Olathe Police.

Creswell was to have his first appearance in Johnson County Court this afternoon to find out if formal charges were filed.
