KU tennis thumped in Eck Classic

? Kansas University’s tennis team went 1-9 during the second day of the Eck Classic Invitational on Sunday at the Courtney Tennis Center.

Kansas was 0-4 in singles matches and 1-5 in doubles.

Lauren Hommell and Christine Skoda provided KU’s lone victory, an 8-5 defeat of Michigan State’s Sarah Andrews and Shelley Brady.

KU will conclude the Eck Classic today.
