Topeka ? After Saturday’s sweep by Texas, Kansas University’s tennis team bounced back Sunday, blanking Utah, 7-0, at the Wood Valley Racquet Club.
“We didn’t play as well as I had hoped in doubles,” KU coach Kilmeny Waterman said. “But we played very well in singles, and we won some matches we could have just as easily lost.”
Kansas (3-1 overall, 0-1 Big 12 Conference) Saturday will face Denver in Albuquerque, N.M.
