The Jayhawks will begin Big 12 play this weekend. KU has won 28 consecutive conference openers dating back to the 1991-92 season, with 11 of those in Allen Fieldhouse and 17 on the road.
No. 3 Kansas (10-2) will play host to No. 16 West Virginia (11-1) at 3 p.m. Saturday.
