Kansas coach Bill Self spoke to reporters Thursday afternoon at Allen Fieldhouse.
The Jayhawks (23-3, 12-1 Big 12) will travel to No. 1 in Baylor (24-1, 13-0 Big 12) at 11 a.m. Saturday. The two leaders in the Big 12 square off Saturday in a key battle in the league race.
The contest will mark the fourth time in eight KU-BY meetings that both teams are ranked in the top-five of the national polls.
Baylor is vying to become the only the second team in the Bill Self era to sweep Kansas in the regular-season Big 12 series.
