Head coach Bill Self on what stood out in KU’s 79-65 win over West Virginia

All five starters scored in double figures for No. 3 Kansas during its 79-65 win over No. 7 West Virginia Tuesday night at Allen Fieldhouse.

The Jayhawks were led by Christian Braun, who finished with 22 points. He knocked down six attempts from long range.

As a team, KU drilled 16 3-pointers in the win over West Virginia. It is tied for the third-most ever in a single game by the Jayhawks.

Kansas improved to 8-1 on the year, which includes a 2-0 clip in Big 12 action.

KU will face Texas on Jan. 2 in Allen Fieldhouse.
