Kansas head coach Les Miles spoke to reporters Monday afternoon ahead of the Sunflower Showdown.
Both in-state programs are coming off wins last week. Kansas State (5-2, 2-2 Big 12) knocked off Oklahoma, while Kansas (3-5, 1-4) earned a league victory over Texas Tech on a game-winning field goal from Liam Jones.
Kansas plays host to Kansas State at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
