Bill Self discusses Late Night and an unexpected turn in Snoop’s performance

Kansas basketball coach Bill Self said after Late Night in the Phog Friday that headliner Snoop Dogg’s performance, which included pole dancing and a gun that shot out money, wasn’t what he expected.

“That’s not the direction that anybody at the school would want that to go at all,” Self said, “regardless of the entertainment it provided many.

“It was still not the right way to provide the entertainment,” added Self, who said he only stayed for a couple songs because he wasn’t feeling well.
