Kansas football coach Les Miles explained following his team’s 31-13 defeat at No. 25 Oklahoma State on Saturday what led to a change at quarterback in the third quarter.
“We were just looking for a spark. See if we could get something going,” Miles said. “We like Carter. Carter’s good.”
KU played Manny Miles at QB for the entire third quarter before returning to Stanley in the fourth. Les Miles said Stanley will remain KU’s starting quarterback moving forward.
