Texas Tech dropped a home game to Iowa State Wednesday night, meaning Kansas moved back into a tie for first place in the conference.
“We do watch the other games,” Lightfoot said. “I don’t know if we have anyone we root for or not, because it is hard to root for somebody.”
KU (15-2, 4-1 Big 12) travels to West Virginia at 1 p.m. Saturday.
