Marcus Garrett, Dedric Lawson and Lagerald Vick spoke to reporters Monday night at Allen Fieldhouse following the team’s 80-78 win over Texas.
“We have to do better,” Garrett said. “I really don’t know what it is but we have to be better.”
With the win, KU is now 15-2 overall, including 4-1 in Big 12 play. The Jayhawks have won three games in a row since suffering a 17-point loss at Iowa State. KU has also beaten Texas in 10 consecutive meetings between the two teams.
Kansas travels to West Virginia at 1 p.m. Saturday.
