Quarterback Carter Stanley spoke to reporters following KU’s 24-17 win over Indiana State Saturday afternoon at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.

Earlier this week, Stanley found out that he had earned the starting job for the first game under head coach Les Miles. Stanley connected with Daylon Charlot for a 22-yard connection with 2:20 left in the game, which proved to be the game-winning score.

Stanley went 20-for-29 for 241 yards and two touchdowns.
