All three players made their debut for Kansas, which claimed a 93-55 win over Emporia State Thursday night at Allen Fieldhouse.
Lawson, a junior Kansas forward, scored 31 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in 23 total minutes for the Jayhawks. Grimes finished with 10 points, while Dotson added eight points.
