University of Kansas head football coach David Beaty spoke to reporters at his weekly availability Tuesday. Beaty answered questions about last week’s loss, the quarterback competition and how his staff is doing with Class of 2019 recruits.
The Horned Frogs (3-4, 1-3 Big 12) are coming off a 52-27 loss to Oklahoma, while the Jayhawks (2-5, 0-4) dropped a 48-16 decision at Texas Tech.
TCU holds a 22-8-4 edge over Kansas in a series dating back to 1942. The Horned Frogs have won the last six meetings with the Jayhawks.
Kansas will play host to TCU at 2 p.m. Saturday.
