KU Sports Extra – V is for Vick, not Vermont

Kansas senior Lagerald Vick exploded for 32 points in the Jayhawks’ 84-68 victory over Vermont on Monday night in the home opener at Allen Fieldhouse.

Vick drained all eight 3-point shots he attempted, setting a school record for most 3-pointers without a miss and finishing with the second most 3-point makes in a single game all-time.

Vick said after the game that his teammates and coaches told him to just let it fly and he did just that.
