Udoka Azubuike spoke to reporters following KU’s 84-68 win over Vermont in the home opener Monday at Allen Fieldhouse.
“We do that every time in practice,” Azubuike said. “Coach always emphasizes throwing the ball to me. I can skip it out and set a screen. It is pretty much what coach said.”
Azubuike finished with 23 points on 10 of 17 shooting from the field.
