KU coach Bill Self on win over Vermont

By Staff     Nov 12, 2018

Kansas coach Bill Self spoke to reporters following KU’s 84-68 win over Vermont Tuesday at Allen Fieldhouse.

Lagerald Vick led the way with a career-high 32 points on 12 of 14 shooting, while Udoka Azubuike added 23 points on a 10-for-17 effort from the field.

“The advantage we had on them was throwing the ball to Dok,” Self said. “They didn’t have anybody who could match up. … He went after the ball, rebounding, like a man tonight.”

Kansas plays host to Louisiana at 7 p.m. Friday.
