University of Kansas athletic director Jeff Long hosts a press conference to discuss moving on from head coach David Beaty following the conclusion of the 2018 season.
Long announced Sunday, the day after KU’s touchdown-less, 27-3 home loss to Iowa State, Beaty will not be retained as head coach at the conclusion of the season.
Since taking over as head coach at Kansas, Beaty has posted a 6-39 overall record. He has gone 2-31 against Big 12 teams.
