Kansas coach Bill Self spoke to reporters Thursday afternoon at his availability at Allen Fieldhouse.

Self talked about New Mexico State among other topics ahead of KU’s game in the Sprint Center.

“If you look at them, they’re averaging well over 80 and their leading scorer averages 11, I think. So obviously balance,” Bill Self said. “They’ll be good, our schedule is one that doesn’t have let up.”

No. 2 KU (7-0) takes on New Mexico State at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
