Frank Mason: KU needs to adjust defensively in NCAA Tournament

By Staff     Mar 16, 2017

Kansas senior point guard Frank Mason III describes what the No. 1 seed Jayhawks expect out of 16 seed UC-Davis on Friday night, in Tulsa, Okla.

As the Jayhawks move forward in the NCAA Tournament, they hope to improve defensively, and Mason says there are areas the players know they should address to help on that front.

“Just really focusing on scouting report, paying attention to detail,” Mason says. “Being in the right positions on the defensive end — you know, strong help. And I think if we do those things we give ourselves a pretty good chance to be successful.”
