Although Kansas freshman big man Cheick Diallo often is described as “raw” by coach Bill Self and expected to help KU most as a defender and rebounder, junior guard Wayne Selden Jr. says there are many ways the young big man can make an impact for the Jayhawks’ offense, as well.
Even if Diallo makes mistakes early on, Selden expects the 6-foot-9 forward from Mali to make up for a lot of things with his active approach to the game.
