_After each KU football game this season, this is where you can find out the gridiron equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Top 10 Jayhawk individual performances, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch._**1. Jake Sharp:** Amassed 257 yards in total offense, 181 on the ground, and rushed for four touchdowns. Good things happen for KU when Sharp carries the ball a lot. **2. James Holt:** The guy was everywhere. Two sacks, three tackles for a loss, a pass breakup. **3. Russell Brorsen:** Showed the good hands of a former tight end on two interceptions and was called “brilliant” by Mark Mangino afterward. **4. Todd Reesing:** Threw a vicious block and bounced backward like a Super Ball off a concrete wall, throwing a scare into a crowd that doesn’t want to see anyone else running the offense. Other than an ill-advised pass that was intercepted, did a terrific job of running the offense and rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown. **5. Jake Laptad:** Kept the heat on Josh Freeman and hit his arm as he was releasing the ball, which resulted in one of Brorsen’s picks. **6. Jeff Spikes:** Sharp gained many of his yards running to the right. **7. Chet Hartley:** Joined Spikes in paving the way for Sharp. **8. Adrian Mayes:** Came to KU as a walk-on from Manhattan and always seems to play well against the Wildcats. **9. Ryan Cantrell:** K-State could have used some blocks like his. **10. Darrell Stuckey:** Anchored a strong secondary.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (total points)** 1. Todd Reesing (65 points) 2. Kerry Meier (59 points) 3. Jake Sharp (48 points) 4.
