I like what he says. An intelligent player can find a way to overcome an opponent's athletic ability given the opportunity and if motivated to do so. Having a coach that recognizes which players that fit that description will be the key. KU will not be seeing too many 5 star athletes in the near future. We have to find guys that some how some way get the job done. Starting a more athletic player that lacks intelligence or motivation over a player that continually gets the jobdone in an ugly fashion is a coaching disease. Sounds like Coach Lens isn't infected!
