A look inside the Kansas football team's seventh practice of the spring.

The LJW should suspend all coverage of the football team this year. The team is a train wreck with a string of 0-77 type defeats all year long.
Come on now. Let's support the team and the coaching staff.
I respectfully disagree. I think we are in for a losing season for sure, but not a string of 0-77 type defeats all year. This is a really solid coaching staff who is going to get the absolute best out of these guys and will push progress. I think the ceiling of this team might be 3 wins at best, but I bet we see steady progress all year and move into next season with reason to hope. I also think this offense will keep games closer than usual. Its simple yet effective. The speed of the offense will get us in trouble a few times because we will not run it to its potential at times this year and put our defense in bad position with little rest, but we are going to be building young guys up and getting experience to build for the future. The record may look like a train wreck, but I doubt the team will. Regardless of total wins, I'm excited about this season.
Maybe we should just suspend your comments so you don't disturb the general optimistic approach to life in general the rest of us share.
