Tim had some good catches last year. He did look bad in this first game. Let's give him a break. Throw him the ball again. He could be the hero against Georgia Tech. I get tired of people criticising the receivers. Most of the critics never caught a ball in their lives with someone coming at them full speed. The ND defensive back put a very hard hit on Tim causing one fumble. Beat Georgia Tech!!!

I always cut the players slack. I can't remember a drop in two years, then Saturday. Two years ago, he got absolutely lit up at Ames and held on. I can get over it if he can.

Biere is a good Tight End. But lets face it, if the Safety is waiting to cream him, the QB needs to give Biere a chance to break that tackle. These are all new guys, but Gill didn't have them ready to play, and I don't see them making enough improvement to win until maybe week 13, but then the record will be 0-12, and Hutchinson High School suddenly becomes the best football team in the State of Kansas.
