As long as our freshmen deliver and seniors play solid, this league is ours to lose. I'm just surprised people think a Scott Drew led team can compete with us.

Baylor?? I hardly know her!

(ensuing laughter and applause)

Please! You guys have been great. Thank you so much for having me.

(standing ovation, cheering gets even louder)

No really! I am so humbled. Thank you.

(Cheering gets louder, angry, mob starts forming)

You are too kind! I don't deserve this kind of applause.

(Mob attacks man, forces him out of town.)

By talent available, it would normally be Baylor. However, you have to take into account who is coaching them. Drew Who? They'll end up 3rd, or possibly 4th (behind W. Virginia).

My vote goes to Oklahoma State (2nd, behind KU), which has a very strong team, with a solid core of returnies, including Nash. And they add Smart, who is going to be similar to future KU recruit, Seldon. One tough hombre.

KU is the biggest threat to KU not winning the league.

^^ Good answer but, where is the "Are you kidding me, who the hell is gonna stop KU from it's 9th title?" option?

As much talent KU has coming back and the recruits Bill has brought in the only thing keeping the Hawks from hanging another Big 12 banner and possibly a final 4 banner is injuries. Self has already said BMAC is one of the best to ever come to KU (and he's just a freshman) and this years team is one of the fastest he's ever has. I like how he thinks!!!

Scott Drew could be coaching the Heat against us and lose.
