KU fans showed up, but it was the Flyer fans who got to celebrate. On paper KU was the clear favorite (Dayton had lost 3 home games before playing in Orlando), but I guess that is why they played the game. The flyer fans were relatively quiet in the first half, but KU's apparently left their game in the locker room and the young Flyers quickly erased the halftime deficient and reawakened their fans.
