Four Kansas University women’s basketball signees were honored Thursday as McDonald’s All-America candidates.
Jayhawks-to-be Jayde Christopher, Tyler Johnson, Kylee Kopatich and Aisia Robertson — a recruiting class that ranks 19th nationally — were named as nominees to play in the 2015 All-America game, which will be held April 1 at Chicago’s United Center.
The top 24 seniors from around the country will play in the game. Final teams will be announced Jan. 28.
