KU men’s golf 23rd at Wyoming

? Red-shirt freshman Brock Drogosch shot a 3-over-par 75 and is tied for 62nd as Kansas University’s men’s golf team struggled on the first day of the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate on Friday.

Kansas shot 17-over 305 to tie for 23rd in the team standings.

Other KU scores: Chase Hanna, tied for 74th, 76; Ben Welle, Daniel Hudson and Connor Peck, tied for 85th, 77; and Logan Philley, tied for 120th, 81.

The three-day tournament resumes today.
