KU swimmers lead Classic

? Kansas University’s swim team received victories by Chelsie Miller in the 400-yard individual medley, Haley Molden in the 200 freestyle and Yulduz Kuchkarova in the 100 backstroke, and the Jayhawks kept their lead after day two of the Kansas Classic on Saturday.

KU leads with 893 points, followed by Iowa State (740), Northern Iowa (295), Nebraska-Omaha (256) and Tabor (114).

KU also competed in the UT Diving Invitational in Austin, Texas. Graylyn Jones took 11th with 162.95 points, followed by Amanda Maser (13th), Nadia Khechfe (14th) and Sydney Power (15th).
