The Jayhawks (9-3, 1-0 Big 12) ended a three-match losing streak and stretched their all-time series lead over ISU to 39-3.
Maria Jose Cardona, Maria Belen Ludueña, Paulina Los, Claire Dreyer and Morgan Barnhill claimed singles victories for KU.
Cardona teamed with Ludueña, and Dreyer teamed with Barnhill to give KU the doubles point.
KU will travel to Morgantown, W.Va., to face West Virginia on Sunday.
