KU men’s golf tied for 19th

? Kansas University freshman Chase Hanna carded a 1-under-71 to lead the KU men’s golf team on the first day of the Desert Intercollegiate.

Hanna’s first-round score put him in a tie for 23rd place. The Jayhawks are tied for 19th place in the 23-team field. The tournament continues today through Sunday.
