KU baseball tops Northwestern in 11

Senior catcher Ka’iana Eldredge hit a two-run single in the 11th inning as Kansas University’s baseball team defeated Northwestern, 14-10 in 11 innings, Friday in the Snowbird Classic.

The Jayhawks (5-0) let a four-run lead slip away in the bottom of the eighth inning but scored four runs in the 11th.

The Jayhawks will face Wisconsin-Milwaukee at 9:30 a.m. (CST) today in the tournament.
