Kansas University guard Lauren Aldridge was named Big 12 Women’s Basketball Freshman of the Week, the league announced Monday. Aldridge averaged 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in victories last week over Incarnate Word and then-No. 10 California.
