KU tennis falls, 5-2, at Oklahoma

? The Kansas University women’s tennis team fell to No. 40 Oklahoma, 5-2, Friday at Gregg Wadley Indoor Tennis Pavilion.

Kansas notched three total wins over the Sooners. Sophomore Maria Belen Ludueña beat Whitney Ritchie, 6-4, 7-6, in No. 2 singles, while freshman Anastasija Trubica defeated Zita Engbroks, 6-2, 7-6, at the No. 5 spot. Ludueña and junior Paulina Los won their No. 2 doubles contest as well.

The Jayhawks will now travel to Stillwater, Okla., to face No. 28 Oklahoma State Sunday at noon.
