Big 12 academic list includes 37 KU freshmen

Kansas University placed 37 freshmen on the inaugural 383-person Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team, the league announced Thursday.

KU soccer’s Kaley Smith was one of just 22 Big 12 freshmen with a 4.0 GPA.
