Kansas University senior Angel Goodrich on Thursday was named one of seven finalists for the Nancy Lieberman Award Thursday, honoring the nation’s top-collegiate point guard in women’s NCAA Div. I basketball.
Sports writers from across the country will select three finalists and ultimately the winner in early April.
Goodrich, a finalist for the award last season, was joined on the list by Alex Bentley (Penn State), Skylar Diggins (Notre Dame), Chelsea Gray (Duke), Lindsey Moore (Nebraska), Odyssey Sims (Baylor) and Haley Steed (BYU).
