Kansas baseball tops Iowa, 8-3

? Kansas University’s Michael Suiter crossed the plate three times, adding two hits and an RBI single as the Jayhawk baseball team defeated Iowa, 8-3 on Tuesday.

Kansas (19-12) scored seven runs in the first four innings against Iowa (11-16). KU starter Robert Kahana (4-1) picked up the win and Drew Morovick pitched four innings for his first save of the season.

The Jayhawks play the Hawkeyes again at 4 p.m. today.
