KU women’s golf struggles to 15th

? Kansas University’s women’s golf team struggled with a tournament-worst round of 323 on the final day of the Knights and Pirates Invitational on Tuesday at Suntree Country Club and placed 15th as a team at the 15-team invite.

Central Florida shot a 292 Tuesday and finished with a three-day score of 877. KU shot a three-day score of 956.

Thanuttra Boonraksasat shot 77-79-82-238 to place 67th. Jayhawks Katy Nugent (77-86-77) and Audrey Yowell (79-79-82) tied for 69th at 240. Michelle Woods was 83rd at 84-77-86-247, and Meghan Potee was a place behind at 86-81-82-249.
