Ames, Iowa ? Marissa Ingle hit a tying two-run home run in the fifth inning, but Iowa State responded for a 4-3 softball victory over the Jayhawks on Friday.

KU fell to 28-20 overall, 1-14 in the Big 12. ISU improved to 20-20 and 2-8.
