Report: Recruit Otto Porter chooses Georgetown over KU, Missouri

Otto Porter, the 97th-best high school basketball player in the class of 2011 according to Rivals.com, has picked Georgetown over finalists Kansas and Missouri, stltoday.com is reporting.

Porter is a 6-foot-8, 190-pound forward from Sikeston, Mo.

According to stltoday.com, Porter informed his high school coach on Monday of his decision. Porter was originally scheduled to make a visit to KU’s campus during the spring.
