Interested in possibly winning four tickets to the KU/KSU football game this Thursday?

It’s as easy as answering the five questions below and submitting them to promotions@ljworld.com by Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 4 p.m. Winner will be selected at random from all correct entires.

Because of a clerical error, these question were not printed in the Sunday print Journal-World. There will be another set of questions Monday, and both this set and Monday’s will run in the Monday Journal-World.

  1. Who was the head coach at Kansas State between Bill Snyder’s two terms?
  2. What Jayhawk torched the Wildcats for 181 yards and 4 TDs in a 52-21 victory in 2008?
  3. Dylan Meier played quarterback at Kansas State. Kerry Meier played quarterback and wide receiver at Kansas. What’s the name of the older Meier brother, who was a tight end at KSU?
  4. Name the strength coach who spent seven years at Kansas before moving over to Kansas State prior to the 2010 season.
  5. KU opened Memorial Stadium with a 21-7 victory against Kansas State. In what year did it take place?
