Four KU softball players on academic team

Four members of the Kansas University softball team were named to the Academic All-Big 12 Softball team, it was announced Wednesday by the league office. Among the Jayhawks’ four honorees, first-team selection Amanda Jobe was one of four conference players with a 4.0 GPA.

Senior Ally Stanton and junior Brittany Hile joined Jobe on the first team, while senior Alicia Irwin was named a second-team selection.
