Kansas University women’s basketball coach Bonnie Henrickson will host her sixth charity golf tournament on Saturday, Aug. 21, at Alvamar Country Club.
Cost of the four-person scramble is $100 and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Breast Center, in addition to Kansas women’s basketball. Entry fee includes green fees, cart, range balls, dinner and a gift bag.
The event kicks off with registration and lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a shot-gun start at 1 p.m. A dinner and auction will take place at 6 p.m. or immediately following the conclusion of the golf tournament. Dinner only guests are $15.
