Ames, Iowa ? Kansas University freshmen Mason Finley and Taylor Washington earned conference titles on Saturday at the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Lied Recreation Center. Finley won the shot put, while Washington captured the honor in the women’s 600-yard run.
The KU women finished fifth overall with 63.50 points. The KU men finished 10th with 31.5 total points.
